GAS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,616 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM29, GJB2, and AHNAK2. Each is linked with GAS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAS2-to-partner and partner-to-GAS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAS2 versus TRIM29 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
