Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,154 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51B2, IGHD1-7, and MRPS33P3. Each is linked with GAS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAS2-to-partner and partner-to-GAS2 results are reported.
