GAS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5L2, AARS1P1, and OR4X7P. Each is linked with GAS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAS1-to-partner and partner-to-GAS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5L2 grouped by GAS1-low versus GAS1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
