GART

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GART protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,066 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GART-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL39, CCT8, and MIS18A. Each is linked with GART in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GART-to-partner and partner-to-GART results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GART versus MRPL39 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GART→partner) and Y-score (partner→GART) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
