GART

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GART mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,319 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GART-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMTOR1, CCDC15, and MRPL49. Each is linked with GART in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GART-to-partner and partner-to-GART results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LAMTOR1 grouped by GART-low versus GART-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GART→partner) and Y-score (partner→GART) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
