GARS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GARS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,690 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GARS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASNS, UTP4, and RRM2. Each is linked with GARS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GARS1-to-partner and partner-to-GARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GARS1 versus ASNS in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
