GARS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GARS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,938 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are YKT6, RAC1, and CHAC1. Each is linked with GARS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GARS1-to-partner and partner-to-GARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GARS1 versus YKT6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
