GARS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 908 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548AZ, SFXN1, and RNU2-41P. Each is linked with GARS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GARS1-to-partner and partner-to-GARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548AZ grouped by GARS1-low versus GARS1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
