GARS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GARS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,063 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAC1, ASNS, and YARS1. Each is linked with GARS1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GARS1-to-partner and partner-to-GARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GARS1 versus CHAC1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
