GARRE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GARRE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,064 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GARRE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA2, SAE1, and TLN2. Each is linked with GARRE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GARRE1-to-partner and partner-to-GARRE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GARRE1 versus UBA2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GARRE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GARRE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
