GARRE1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GARRE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,044 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GARRE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYDE1, DZIP1, and FILIP1L. Each is linked with GARRE1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GARRE1-to-partner and partner-to-GARRE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GARRE1 versus SYDE1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GARRE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GARRE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
