GARRE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GARRE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,410 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GARRE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC00430, SKA1, and ULBP2. Each is linked with GARRE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GARRE1-to-partner and partner-to-GARRE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC00430 grouped by GARRE1-low versus GARRE1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GARRE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GARRE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
