GAREM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAREM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,038 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAREM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-52P, RNU6-1145P, and YAP1P1. Each is linked with GAREM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAREM2-to-partner and partner-to-GAREM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-52P grouped by GAREM2-low versus GAREM2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAREM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAREM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
