GAREM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAREM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,674 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAREM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP426, LINC01784, and MIR519E. Each is linked with GAREM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAREM1-to-partner and partner-to-GAREM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP426 grouped by GAREM1-low versus GAREM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAREM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAREM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
