GAR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,835 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR607, MTND2P30, and MTND5P29. Each is linked with GAR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAR1-to-partner and partner-to-GAR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR607 grouped by GAR1-low versus GAR1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
