GAPVD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPVD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,741 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPVD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD3, FUBP3, and TRAF2. Each is linked with GAPVD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPVD1-to-partner and partner-to-GAPVD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAPVD1 versus BRD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAPVD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAPVD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
