Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPVD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,275 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GAPVD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARPC5L, MRPS2, and SLC31A1. Each is linked with GAPVD1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPVD1-to-partner and partner-to-GAPVD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAPVD1 versus ARPC5L in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAPVD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAPVD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
