GAPVD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPVD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,864 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPVD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ECPAS, DDX31, and SLC27A4. Each is linked with GAPVD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPVD1-to-partner and partner-to-GAPVD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAPVD1 versus ECPAS in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAPVD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAPVD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
