Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAPVD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,493 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPVD1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleic acid transport, RNA transport, and Establishment of RNA localization. Each is linked with GAPVD1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPVD1-to-partner and partner-to-GAPVD1 results are reported.
