GAPDHS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,575 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHS-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORA70H, IGHD5-24, and RPS3AP1. Each is linked with GAPDHS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHS-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORA70H grouped by GAPDHS-low versus GAPDHS-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAPDHS→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAPDHS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
