Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAPDHP77 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GAPDHP77 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher GAPDHP77 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GAPDHP77 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, THYM, and ACC are the cancer types where GAPDHP77 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
