Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP68 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,967 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP68-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome assembly, Iron-sulfur cluster assembly, and Ribosomal large subunit assembly. Each is linked with GAPDHP68 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP68-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP68 results are reported.
