Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAPDHP64 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GAPDHP64 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher GAPDHP64 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GAPDHP64 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and THYM show a favorable association.
LUSC, KICH, and MESO are the cancer types where GAPDHP64 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
