GAPDHP60

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP60 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,590 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP60-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDHP61, TPI1P1, and GAPDHP65. Each is linked with GAPDHP60 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP60-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP60 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAPDHP60 versus GAPDHP61 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.92.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAPDHP60→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAPDHP60) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
