GAPDHP58

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP58 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,401 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP58-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP4, DPYSL2_S518, and LMNA_S22. Each is linked with GAPDHP58 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP58-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP58 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAPDHP58→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAPDHP58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
