Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAPDHP57 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GAPDHP57 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher GAPDHP57 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GAPDHP57 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

MESO, KIRC, and UCS are the cancer types where GAPDHP57 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
