GAPDHP51

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,552 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP51-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OSBPL9, MAP2, and MAP2_S1790. Each is linked with GAPDHP51 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP51-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAPDHP51 versus OSBPL9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAPDHP51→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAPDHP51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
