GAPDHP48

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,218 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP48-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBA2, TCEAL4, and TOP3B. Each is linked with GAPDHP48 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP48-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP48 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAPDHP48 versus UBA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAPDHP48→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAPDHP48) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
