Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP48 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,404 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP48-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA 3'-end processing, Regulation of telomere maintenance, and mRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with GAPDHP48 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP48-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP48 results are reported.
