Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP46 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,588 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GAPDHP46-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Signal transduction by p53 class mediator, Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with GAPDHP46 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP46-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP46 results are reported.
