GAPDHP42

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,135 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP42-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLPX, PSIP1_S129, and TARS1. Each is linked with GAPDHP42 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP42-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAPDHP42→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAPDHP42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
