GAPDHP41

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GAPDHP41 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of GAPDHP41’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where GAPDHP41 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types GAPDHP41 is over-expressed in tumor.

KIRP, LUSC, and LUAD are the cancer types where GAPDHP41 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
