The most reproducible GAPDHP30-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly, Ribosomal large subunit assembly, and Ribosome assembly. Each is linked with GAPDHP30 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP30-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP30 results are reported.
