GAPDHP23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,720 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP23-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AFDN, COPA, and GANAB. Each is linked with GAPDHP23 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP23-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAPDHP23 versus AFDN in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAPDHP23→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAPDHP23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
