GAPDHP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAPDHP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,600 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAPDHP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P4HA1, TPI1_S80, and GAPDH. Each is linked with GAPDHP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAPDHP1-to-partner and partner-to-GAPDHP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAPDHP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAPDHP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
