GAP43

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAP43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,990 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAP43-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP424, AQP7P4, and BSNDP1. Each is linked with GAP43 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAP43-to-partner and partner-to-GAP43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP424 grouped by GAP43-low versus GAP43-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAP43→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAP43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
