Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAP43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,277 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GAP43-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Purine nucleoside diphosphate catabolic process, Purine ribonucleoside diphosphate catabolic process, and Nucleoside diphosphate catabolic process. Each is linked with GAP43 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAP43-to-partner and partner-to-GAP43 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Purine nucleoside diphosphate catabolic process grouped by GAP43-low versus GAP43-high in LUNG_SCLC.
