Across TCGA cell cohorts, GANAB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,168 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GANAB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, Regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, and Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport. Each is linked with GANAB in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GANAB-to-partner and partner-to-GANAB results are reported.
