GANAB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GANAB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 316 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GANAB-associated genes across cancer lineages are VWC2L, TSPYL6, and IFNA5. Each is linked with GANAB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GANAB-to-partner and partner-to-GANAB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VWC2L grouped by GANAB-low versus GANAB-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GANAB→partner) and Y-score (partner→GANAB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
