GALT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,683 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR629, RNU6-130P, and MRPL22P1. Each is linked with GALT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALT-to-partner and partner-to-GALT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALT→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
