Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,364 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCOR1_S127, MAN2A1, and PPP1R10. Each is linked with GALR3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALR3-to-partner and partner-to-GALR3 results are reported.
