GALR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 130 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1252, MIR4795, and ARL5AP3. Each is linked with GALR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALR2-to-partner and partner-to-GALR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1252 grouped by GALR2-low versus GALR2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
