GALR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCN2A, ARL13A, and ODF3. Each is linked with GALR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALR2-to-partner and partner-to-GALR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCN2A grouped by GALR2-low versus GALR2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
