GALR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC20A, OR2T7, and ACSM6. Each is linked with GALR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALR1-to-partner and partner-to-GALR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC20A grouped by GALR1-low versus GALR1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
