GALNTL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNTL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,678 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNTL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL1_S218, VAT1L, and KCNAB2_S9. Each is linked with GALNTL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNTL5-to-partner and partner-to-GALNTL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GALNTL5 versus RASAL1_S218 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNTL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNTL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
