GALNTL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNTL5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNTL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, PDCD4, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with GALNTL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNTL5-to-partner and partner-to-GALNTL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by GALNTL5-low versus GALNTL5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNTL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNTL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
