GALNTL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GALNTL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 123 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNTL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCHE, KIAA1549, and MAP2. Each is linked with GALNTL5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNTL5-to-partner and partner-to-GALNTL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCHE grouped by GALNTL5-low versus GALNTL5-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNTL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNTL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
