GALNT9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,886 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFYVE19, MCUB, and STN1. Each is linked with GALNT9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT9-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZFYVE19 grouped by GALNT9-low versus GALNT9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT9→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
