GALNT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are p38-MAPK, ATM, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with GALNT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT7-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p38-MAPK grouped by GALNT7-low versus GALNT7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
