GALNT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GALNT5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GALNT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, MEK1, and Mre11. Each is linked with GALNT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GALNT5-to-partner and partner-to-GALNT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by GALNT5-low versus GALNT5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GALNT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GALNT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
